同型半胱氨酸、尿酸与脑梗死伴颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性分析
Correlation Analyses of Homocysteine and Uric acid with Cerebral Infarction Combined with Atherosclerosis
【摘要】 目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、尿酸(UA)与脑梗死伴颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法选取我院2013年4月—2014年2月住院的急性脑梗死238例,根据颈动脉超声检查结果分为颈动脉正常组39例,颈动脉粥样硬化组56例,颈动脉粥样硬化斑块组143例,测定3组血Hcy、UA水平,探讨其与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。结果脑梗死患者UA和Hcy呈显著正相关(r=0.576,P<0.05)。颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成组血Hcy、UA水平均高于颈动脉硬化组和颈动脉正常组,颈动脉硬化组Hcy、UA水平高于颈动脉正常组(P<0.05)。结论高Hcy和UA浓度是脑梗死颈动脉粥样硬化形成的危险因素,二者可能参与了颈动脉粥样硬化及斑块的形成和发展。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationships between the plasma homocysteine( Hcy) and uric acid( UA) with cerebral infarction combined with carotid atherosclerosis. Methods A total of 238 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted during April 2013 and February 2014 were selected,and were divided into normal carotid group( group A,n = 39),carotid atherosclerosis group( group B,n = 56) and carotid atherosclerosis plaques group( group C,n = 143) according to carotid ultrasound examination results. Hcy and UA levels in the three groups were detected,and the correlation with carotid atherosclerosis were also analyzed. Results Hcy level had significantly positive correlation with UA level in patients with cerebral infarction( r = 0. 576,P < 0. 05). Hcy and UA levels of group C were higher than those of group A and B,and the levels of group B were higher than those of group A( P < 0. 05). Conclusion High concentrations of Hcy and UA are independent risk factors of cerebral infarction combined with carotid atherosclerosis,which may play a part in carotid atherosclerosis and plaque formation.
