【摘要】 学习资源是促进社区教育发展不可或缺的支持条件。河北电大借助"河北终身学习在线"平台,在较短的时间内建设了一批优质学习资源,但是面对迅速发展的形势也显现出一定的问题。其主要问题是管理机制不够健全、资源建设缺乏有效的教学设计、一些制作环节的前期准备工作不到位等,解决这些问题的主要措施包括加强组织管理、为学习资源建设创造一个良好的基础环境;加强学习需求分析、提高教学设计质量;完善制作计划、提高制作技能等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Learning resources are the indispensable support conditions to advance community education.By virtue of the website"Online Platform for Lifelong Learning in Hebei",aplenty of high-quality learning recourses have been built in a short period.However,there exist some problems with the rapid development.The main problems are:the imperfect management system,the lack of efficient teaching design and unrefined first-phase preparations.The measures to resolve these problems are:strengthening the organization and management to create a perfect production environment,strengthening the learning needs analysis to improve the quality of the teaching design,improving the production plan and the making technic.更多还原
