直接空冷机组空冷岛地下进风技术研究

【摘要】 针对目前空冷岛在运行中存在的问题,提出了空冷岛采用地下进风的方式,分析了该方式在改善凝汽器传热性能、降低汽轮机背压等方面的优越性;计算了散热器在不同迎面风速下的传热系数,对比分析了环境风温、风速及翅片表面积灰分别对两种布置方式下凝汽器压力的影响。结果表明:在环境平均风速3 m/s的情况下,采用地下进风方式,可使凝汽器压力降低10~14 kPa。

【Abstract】 In view of the present problems existing in the operation of air-cooled island,air-cooled island underground ventilation mode is put forward in this paper. The advantages of this mode,such as improving the performance of the condenser and reducing the back pressure of the steam turbine,are analyzed. The heat transfer coefficients of condenser under different air velocities against the face are calculated. The influence of wind temperature,speed and dust deposition on condenser pressure under two arrangement modes are compared and analyzed. The results show that when the average wind speed is 3 m / s,compared with condenser of high altitude layout,air-cooled island of underground ventilation mode can reduce the condenser pressure about 10 ~ 14 kPa.
