蒙西并网风电场故障分析和数字化运营管理系统的设计

【摘要】 针对蒙西并网风电场故障率高、维修费用昂贵的问题,以风机制造厂家为源头的风电设备数字化运营管理体系,设计了支持风电装备数字化运营的整套平台框架。该平台可以将风电场前期资料导入,同时包括风电装备的日常运行管理、故障管理、维修管理直至风电装备的报废回收管理,从而形成设备的全寿命周期管理,有效地帮助提高风机制造业和风电投资企业管理成本,减少故障率,进而降低整个风力发电的成本。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the high failure rate and expensive repair cost in wind farms connected to Inner Mongolia Power Grid,this paper designed the frame of whole platform supporting wind power equipment digital operation which integrated wind power equipment manufacturer. The platform can achieve wind power equipment data digital introduction from manufacturers as the initial data source of the wind power equipment life circle digital management system,also include daily operation management system,equipment fault management,maintenance management as well as scrap recycling management,so as to form a whole life cycle management which could reduce the failure rate and the cost of wind power generation.
