【摘要】 目的建立调经糖浆中阿魏酸的HPLC含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1%冰乙酸溶液(18∶82)为流动相,流速1.0m L·min-1,柱温为30℃,测定波长322nm。结果阿魏酸在4.95~99μg·m L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,标准曲线为A=54.256C+0.6693,r=0.9999。结论该方法方便、快速、准确,可用于调经糖浆的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of Ferulic Acid in Tiaojing Syrup. METHODS The determination was carried out on a Diamonsil C18(4. 6mm × 250 mm,5μm),using the mobile phase of acetonitrile-1%(w) glacial acetic acid(18∶ 82) at a flow rate of 1. 0m L·min- 1. The column temperature was at 30℃ and the detection wavelength was at 322 nm. RESULTS Ferulic Acid showed a good linear relationship at range of 4. 95 ~ 99μg · m L- 1,the linear calibration curves was A = 54. 256 C + 0. 6693,r =0. 9999.
