复方甘草酸苷与还原型谷胱甘肽钠的配伍稳定性研究

【摘要】 目的考察复方甘草酸苷与还原型谷胱甘肽钠及5%葡萄糖注射液配伍稳定性。方法依据临床剂量进行输液配置,观察5 h内成品输液外观,并考察pH值、微粒数及紫外吸收变化。结果室温下5h内外观无明显变化,复方甘草酸苷和还原型谷胱甘肽钠配伍液随放置时间延长微粒数显著增加,pH值略下降,258.5nm处紫外吸收值明显升高。结论含复方甘草酸苷与还原型谷胱甘肽钠和5%葡萄糖注射液的输液长时间放置稳定性下降,不宜配伍应用。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the compatible stability of compound glycyrrhizin,reduced glutathione sodium and 5% glucose injection.METHODS The intravenous solution was prepared according to the clinical dosage.The appearance of the solution was observed within 5 hours.The changes of pH value,microparticle number and absorption of UV were measured.RESULTS There was no change in the appearance of the solution at the room temperature within 5 hours.The number of the microparticle was significantly increased in the intravenous solution of compound glycyrrhizin and reduced glutathione sodium in a time-dependent manner,while the pH value was decreased.Furthermore,the absorption of UV(λ = 258.5nm) was significantly increased.CONCLUSION The stability of the 5% glucose intravenous solution that contained compound glycyrrhizin and reduced glutathione sodium is decreased after long-time placement.These two drugs are unsuitable for compatible application.
