【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study on the ultrasonic extraction process of polyphenols from Canarium album Lour.METHODS The content of polyphones was used as the index and the optimal extraction process was determined by the one-factor test and orthogonal test.RESULTS The optimum conditions for polyphones were as follows: 30% ethanol concentration,material to solvent ratio 1 ∶ 30,40min extraction time,extraction times of 3 times.CONCLUSION The extraction technology showes high extraction rate and good stability.更多还原
