【摘要】 目的建立并运用LC-MS法测定猪肉中喹诺酮类药物残留的不确定度评定方法。方法根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》,参考《化学分析中不确定度评定的评估指南》,以环丙沙星为例,分析猪肉中喹诺酮类药物残留测定的不确定度因素,评定环丙沙星残留量测定的不确定度。结果合成标准不确定度为5.89μg·kg-1,扩展不确定度为11.78μg·kg-1。结论建立的不确定度评定方法适用于对LC-MS法测定猪肉中喹诺酮类药物残留进行不确定度评定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for evaluation of uncertainty in determination of quinolone residues in pork with LC-MS and apply it to quality control process. METHODS Take the example of ciprofloxacin,various components of uncertainty were qualified in assay of quinolones in pork,based on "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty Measurement"and"Manual of Uncertainty Evaluation in Chemical Analysis".
