【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在小儿肠系膜淋巴结肿大诊断中的价值。方法选取2012年1月至2013年1月腹痛来院求诊的小儿,超声诊断为肠系膜淋巴结肿大的小儿患者1 208例,观察其腹腔内情况及肠系膜淋巴结肿大的情况,并结合检验结果、临床随访,进一步确定其淋巴结肿大的病因。结果 96%的患儿临床诊断为单纯肠系膜淋巴结炎,少部分为阑尾炎、肠套叠等所致。结论彩色多普勒超声对小儿肠系膜淋巴结肿大的诊断准确、便捷、无创,对临床治疗有指导性作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in children. Methods The children with abdominal pain from January 2012 to January 2013 were examined with color Doppler ultrasound, and 1 208 cases were diagnosed as enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes. The intraperitoneal condition and the enlargement were observed. The causes of disease were concluded based on the laboratory results and clinical follow-up. Results 96% of the children were diagnosed as mesenteric lymphadenitis, and a few were caused by appendicitis and intussusception. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is convenient, fast and invasive, which has great significance in the diagnosis of enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes.更多还原
