【摘要】 目的观察PW鞘联合钬激光输尿管镜治疗尿道狭窄患者的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的60例尿道狭窄患者按照治疗方法分为治疗组35例与对照组25例,治疗组进行PW鞘联合钬激光输尿管镜治疗,对照组单纯应用钬激光输尿管镜治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者术中手术视野均表现清晰,组织分辨确切,无一例终止手术,而对照组有2例患者手术出血较多,视野与组织分辨模糊,被迫终止手术,3例因手术视野欠清晰,误切穿尿道海绵体;治疗组的手术时间、术后尿道扩张次数、术后最大尿流率、再手术率以及手术复发率等均显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论采用PW鞘联合钬激光输尿管镜治疗尿道狭窄,能改善手术视野与组织分辨情况,组织损伤小,增加了手术安全性,降低了术后手术复发率及再手术率,临床效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of PW theco combined with ureteroscopic Holmium laser in the treatment of urethral stricture. Methods Sixty patients with urethral stricture were divided into treatment group(n=35) and control group(n=25). The treatment group used PW theco combined with ureteroscopic Holmium laser,while the control group used ureteroscopic Holmium laser. The therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Results In treatment group, the surgical field were clear, tissue distinguishing were exact, and no operation was aborted; in control group, 2 patients were forced to terminate the procedure because of obscure surgical field and more bleeding, and the corpus spongiosums were cut through accidentally in 3 patients because of unsharpness surgical field. Operation time, postoperative urethral dilatation number, maximum urinary flow rate, reoperation rate and postoperative recurrence rate of the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(all with P<0.05). Conclusion PW theco combined with ureteroscopic Holmium laser can improve surgical field and tissue distinguishing in the treatment of urethral stricture,with less tissue injury, and it can reduce the rate of postoperative recurrence and reoperation.更多还原
