【摘要】 目的研究探讨舒适护理在高压氧治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选择广东省中山市小榄人民医院高压氧科在2011年2月至2013年2月期间进行高压氧治疗的患者726例,在常规护理基础上实施舒适护理500例,设为观察组;其余226例单纯给予常规护理,设为对照组,观察对比两组患者的疗程及护理前后的心理评分变化。结果观察组患者有75例平均治疗次数为10次,占15.00%,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后心理焦虑评分总分<7分者246例,占49.20%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在高压氧治疗中给予舒适护理可有助消除患者的不良心理,提高患者治疗的配合度,缩短疗程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical application value of comfortable nursing in hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Methods A total of 726 patients received hyperbaric oxygen treatment from February, 2011 to February, 2013 were enrolled into this study, of which 500 patients were given comfort care on the basis of conventional care(the observation group); the remaining 226 cases were given routine nursing care(the control group). Psychological score changes before and after the treatment and nursing of two groups were observed. Results The average treatment of 75 patients in the observation group was 10 times, accounting for 15%, significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05); 246 cases in observation group nursing psychological anxiety score was < 7, accounting for 49.20%, significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comfort care in hyperbaric oxygen therapy, can help to eliminate the adverse mental patients, improve the matching degree of the patients, and shorten the course of treatment.更多还原
