新质源水稻不育系金农2A配制组合的杂种优势

【摘要】 利用金农2A为母本与生育期接近的5个父本进行配组,以汕优63作对照进行品比试验,考查金农2A配制组合的生育期、株高、穗长、穗粒结构等性状及产量表现,并对金农2A配制组合的产量相关性状与产量进行相关和通径分析。结果表明,金农2A配制组合产量高,杂种优势强,竞争优势为2.99%-14.36%,平均为7.96%,表明金农2A配合力好;配制组合的产量与株高、穗长、穗粒数和结实率呈显著或极显著正相关,与有效穗数呈极显著负相关;产量的高低主要取决于穗长、结实率和穗粒数。

【Abstract】 With Shanyou 63 as CK,growth duration,plant height,panicle length,spike-grain structure and production performance were tested using the hybrid rice combinations,crossbred with CMS-FA sterile line Jinnong 2A and 5 rice restore lines with close growth duration. Correlation and path analysis have been done between yield and yield related traits. The results showed as follows.The hybrid rice combinations crossbred with Jinnong 2A had the characters of high yield and strong heterosis. The amplitude of variation of competitive advantage was from 2. 99% to 14. 36%( average,7. 96%),displaying good combining ability of Jinnong 2A.The yield of the hybrid rice combinations crossbred with CMS-FA sterile line Jinnong 2A was significantly or extremely significantly positively correlated with plant height,panicle length,grain number per panicle and seed setting rate except the effective panicles per plant,which was significantly negatively correlated with the yield. The yield of the hybrid rice combinations crossbred with CMSFA sterile line Jinnong 2A mainly depended on panicle length,seed setting rate and grain number per panicle.
