【摘要】 目的探讨2010国际心肺复苏指南对抢救成功率的影响。方法将235例心跳呼吸骤停的病人分为对照组(84例)和观察组(151例),对照组应用2005心肺复苏指南进行抢救,观察组应用2010年新指南进行抢救,将两组患者的抢救效果进行比较。结果 2010年新指南指导下的复苏成功率是19.21%与2005年指南指导下的成功率7.14%相比较,差异有统计学意义。结论应用2010国际心肺复苏指南可提高复苏成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of new version of AHA( 2010) guidelines on the rescue success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation( CPR). Methods A total of 235 patients with cardiac and breathe arrest were divided into control group( n = 84) and experimental group( n = 151). For the patients in the control group,CPR guidelines of 2005 were applied for cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and in the experimental group,the new guidelines of 2010 were applied. The success rates of CPR in the two groups were compared. Results The rescue success rate in the experimental group is 19. 21%,and the rate in the control group is 7. 14%. There were significant differences in the rescue success rate between the two groups.Conclusion By applying the new CPR guidelines of 2010 by AHA can significantly improve the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.更多还原
