【摘要】 目的比较单孔悬吊法腹腔镜阑尾切除术与常规腹腔镜阑尾切除术的优缺点。方法回顾分析我院2010年1月—2013年6月72例腹腔镜阑尾切除术病人,其中单孔悬吊法腹腔镜阑尾切除术30例,常规腹腔镜阑尾切除术42例;两组病人术前一般状况无差异,分别对手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及术后并发症进行比较。结果两组病人手术时间为(35.2±12.5)分钟与(30.6±10.5)分钟;两种手术方式手术时间无差异(P>0.05),术中出血量为(12.5±4.5)ml与(11.3±5.2)ml,无差异(P>0.05);住院时间为(2.5±0.5)天与(2.7±0.6)天,两者无差异(P>0.05);两种手术方式病人均未出现手术并发症。结论单孔悬吊法腹腔镜阑尾切除术具有较好的美容效果,其经济实惠、安全且易于掌握,适合广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the oprative techniques of suture-suspension singnel-incision laparoscopic appendicetomy( SILA) and three incision laparoscopic appendicetomy( LA). Methods Retrospective analysis was performed fortotal of 72 patients undergoing laparoscopic appendicetomy from Jan 2010 to Jun 2013. 30 patients were took the procedures of SILA,and other 42 patients were took the procedures of LA. The general condition were no difference in both groups,and operative time,estimated blood loss,and hosptital stay after operation were compared between two groups. Result The operatie time were( 35. 2 ± 12. 5) min and( 30. 6 ± 10. 5) min in two groups,the estimated blood loss were( 12. 5 ± 4. 5) ml and( 11. 3 ± 5. 2) ml,and days of hosptital stay after operation were( 2. 5 ± 0. 5) d and( 2. 7 ± 0. 6) d,all of above statistical data were no difference between two gorups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The SILA was able to achieve better cosmetic effect,reduce the cost of medical care,and be easy to handle in clinical practice.
