体检人群超敏C反应蛋白与代谢综合征的相关性研究
Relationship between high sensitivity C-reactive protein and metabolic syndrome in check-up crowd
【摘要】 目的探讨体检人群超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与代谢综合征(MS)的关系。方法选取健康体检者中体检数据完整的975例受检者,其中符合MS诊断的277例,采用秩和检验分析MS组与非MS组间的各组分关系,应用Spearman秩相关分析hs-CRP与MS各组分的相关性。结果 MS组HDL-C水平低于非MS组,BMI、SBP、DBP、hs-CRP、TC、TG、LDL-C、FPG、ALT、AST水平均高于非MS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄段人群非MS组与MS组hs-CRP水平均有差异(P<0.05)。肥胖组hs-CRP水平与低体质量组、正常体质量组、超重组比较明显升高(P<0.05)。hs-CRP水平与BMI、TC、TG、FPG、ALT、AST、SBP及DBP呈正相关;与HDL-C呈负相关。结论hs-CRP水平与MS的发生、发展密切相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP)and metabolic syndrome(MS)in the check-up crowd.Methods The health check-up results of975 subjects were retrospectively analyzed,including 227 MS patients.Relationship of different components between MS groups and non-MS groups was analyzed by Mann Whitney U Test.The association of serum level of hs-CRP and different components of MS were analyzed by Spearman test.Results The HDL-C levels of MS groups were respectively lower than those of non-MS groups,but the counts of BMI,SBP,DBP,hs-CRP,TC,TG,LDL-C,FPG,ALT and AST were significantly higher than those of non-MS groups(P<0.05).The hs-CRP levels between MS groups and non-MS groups showed statistically significant differences in different age groups(P<0.05).The hs-CRP level of obesity groups was the highest in all groups,and showed significant differences.The hs-CRP levels were positively correlated with BMI,TC,TG,FPG,ALT,AST,SBP and DBP,and negatively correlated with HDL-C.Conclusion The hs-CRP level was closed related to the development and progression of MS.
