【摘要】 目的分析视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)在单纯2型糖尿病(对照组)及合并非酒精性脂肪肝的2型糖尿病患者(非酒精性脂肪肝组)血清定量,探讨RBP4与2型糖尿病患者非酒精性脂肪肝发生的相关性。方法65例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,其中30例患者(女18例,男12例)为合并非酒精性脂肪肝组,另外35例单纯2型糖尿病患者(女14例,男21例)作为对照组。腹部超声检查根据肝肾超声对比度和肝亮度对脂肪肝进行诊断。结果非酒精性脂肪肝组RBP4水平明显高于对照组(P=0.017),多因素Logistic回归分析显示:血清RBP4是与非酒精性脂肪肝相关联的独立影响因子(P=0.015,OR=0.48),采用Pearson相关分析发现:RBP4水平与甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、谷丙转氨酶正相关,RBP4与高密度脂蛋白呈负相关。结论 2型糖尿病患者中,RBP4与非酒精性肪肝的发生可能相关,可能成为2型糖尿病患者非酒精性脂肪肝的发生及进展的无创性预测因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The serum RBP4 was measured in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)patients with type 2diabetes mellitus(2DM)and 2DM patients without NAFLD.To investigate the relationship between RBP4and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in type 2diabetes mellitus adults.Methods Total of 65patients with 2DM participated were studied.Division of the subjects in to a NALFD group(n=30;18females and 12males)or a control group(n=35,14females and 21males) was based on the presence of fatty liver disease determined by sonography.Results Serum RBP4levels in the NAFLD group were significantly higher than those in control of group(P<0.05;P=0.017). Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that the RBP4levels was an independent factor associated with NALFD(P=0.015,OR=0.48).In addition,the serum RBP4levels were positively correlated with serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),Triglyceride and LDL cholesterol.But the serum RBP4 levels were negatively related with HDL cholesterol by Pearson analysis.Conclusion Serum RBP4 might be related with the pathogeneses of NAFLD in patients with 2DM.Serum RBP4might be the non-invasive predictive factor to the pathgensis and progression of NAFLD in 2DM patients.更多还原
