【摘要】 目的:观察伊托必利联合聚乙二醇在慢性便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果。方法:120例拟行结肠镜检查的慢性便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组:在服用伊托必利150 mg半小时后。服用聚乙二醇:对照组:直接服用聚乙二醇。比较两组患者的肠道清洁效果、首次大便时间、大便清澈时间、大便次数、记录患者的不良反应。结果:治疗组患者肠道清洁度总体评分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者首次大便时间、大便清澈时间短于对照组(P<O.05);而两组间排便次数和肠道气泡评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:伊托必利联合聚乙二醇能安全、有效改善慢性便秘患者肠道准备的清洁度,缩短首次大便时间和大便清澈时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of colonoscopy preparation before endoscopy examination in constipated patients combined use of Itopride and polyethylene glycol(PEG).Methods:A total of 120 chronic constipation patients who underwent colonoscopy examination were recruited to this randomized controlled study.Patients in control group received PEG only,whereas patients in experimental group received 150 mg Itopride30min before PEG.The quality of colon cleansing、time of first defecation、time of completion of bowel cleansing、defecation frequency were comparison and side effects were recorded in both group.Results:The bowel cleaning quality in experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05);The time of first defecation and completion of bowel cleaning of experimental group were shouter than those of control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in terms of the defecation frequency and intestinal bubble scores in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combination of Itopride and PEG for colonoscopy preparation of patients with constipated can safely and effectively improve the bowel cleaning quality,short time of first defecation and completion of bowel cleaning.更多还原
