民族地区义务教育经费保障机制实施状况研究
The Research on the New Mechanism for Compulsory Education Supporting Funds in Ethnic Region
【摘要】 本研究选取贵州省黔南布依族苗族自治州三都水族自治县为样本,深入分析该县义务教育财政投入状况和义务教育经费管理情况,挖掘其中存在的问题及成因。建议实行义务教育经费保障落实责任制、制定资金支付管理制度和强化学校内部控制和外部监督管理等措施。
【Abstract】 Taking Guizhou Qiannan Buy i-miao Autonomous Prefecture as study sample,analyzes the compulsory education funding,governance,find quessions and reason.Suggest carrying out responsibility system,Making fund payment management system,strengthen controlling and supervision.
