【摘要】 毕业论文作为本科教学过程中的一个重要环节,具有不可替代的作用。以环带库蚊ISSR-PCR反应体系建立及优化为例,从毕业论文的选题、可行性分析、实验准备及实验研究等方面介绍贵阳医学院生物技术专业毕业论文实验的设计过程。学生顺利完成本科毕业论文实验,建立了环带库蚊稳定的ISSR-PCR反应体系,为今后系统研究环带库蚊的种群遗传多样性奠定了基础,达到了生物技术专业本科毕业论文实践教学的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 undergraduate thesis plays an irreplaceable role in the process of undergraduate course teaching. With Culex annulus ISSR-PCR reaction system as a case,the paper deals with relevant exploration of the undergraduate thesis experiment of biotech majors in Guiyang Medical College. The students,through successfully accomplishing undergraduate thesis experiment,have established stable Culex annulus ISSR-PCR reaction system and have paved a path for the future study of the diversity of Culex annulus population genetics,which achieve the practical teaching goal of the undergraduate thesis of biotech majors.更多还原
