【摘要】 通过对贵州省城镇污水处理设施逐一调查研究表明:我省"十一五"城镇污水处理设施能力建设取得跨越式发展,全省投资超过47亿元,新增94座污水处理厂,处理能力140.7万m3/d,配套建设管网2 259 km;建成的污水处理厂总体运行良好、稳定,环保验收合格率达87.23%。通过70个污水处理厂投资、工艺、规模的经济分析和38个污水处理厂运行成本抽样调查分析,表明"十一五"我省城镇污水处理设施建设投资效益良好,主要技术经济指标符合相关要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Investigation to each urban sewage treatment facilities in Guizhou province revealed that,the capacity building of urban sewage treatment facilities made great progress during the Eleventh Five Year,attracting more than RMB 4. 7 billion investment and newly building 94 sewage treatment plants( STPs) and 2 259 km of auxiliary pipe network capable of treating wastewater 1. 407 million m3/d. The STPs worked well and 87. 23% of them passed the Environmental Acceptance Check. In2012,83. 69% municipal sewage was treated and STPs worked under the load of 79. 30% capacity,reducing emission of COD and NH3-N at 72 650. 68 and 8 289. 49 tons respectively. Analysis on the investment,process and capacity of 70 STPs,and running cost of sampled 38 STPs,concluded that during the Eleventh Five Year construction of SPTs in Guizhou had good benefits and main technological and economic figures satisfied the relevant requirements.更多还原
