【摘要】 建立了猪殃殃中绿原酸含量的HPLC测定方法。色谱柱为Diamonsil C185μm(250 mm×4.6 mm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-0.04%磷酸(23∶77);检测波长为324 nm;流速为1 m L/min;进样量为20μL;柱温25℃。经方法学考察,该方法线性关系、精密度、重现性和稳定性好。可快速、准确用于猪殃殃中绿原酸的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 The HPLC method for determination the content of chlorogenic acid in cleavers was established.The column was Diamonsil C185 μm(250 mm × 4.6 mm),the mobile phase was methanol-0.04% phosphoric acid(23∶77),the detection wavelength was 324 nm,the flow rate was 1 m L/min,and the column temperature was 25 ℃.Through the methodology study,it had the characteristics of the linear relation of the method,precision,reproducibility and stability,which can be used identified Cleavers chlorogenic acid quickly and accurately.更多还原
