竹荪多糖提取工艺及其对肿瘤抑制作用的研究

【摘要】 以多糖的提取总量作为考察指标,利用正交试验法考察以水为溶媒的提取条件;以不同浓度的竹荪多糖对不同肿瘤细胞用药,并以MTT法研究竹荪多糖对肿瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用。最佳提取条件为提取温度60℃,提取时间2 h,浸提2次,液料比40∶1;竹荪多糖在48 h对A549与Hela两种细胞影响明显。优化后的提取工艺提取竹荪多糖的效率高,经实验验证可行,研究结果为进一步开发竹荪多糖提供科学依据。竹荪多糖对肿瘤细胞具有抑制作用,但较其他阳性药物弱,如何增强其效果还需进一步研究。

【Abstract】 The extraction of bamboo fungus polysaccharide was optimized and its inhibition on tumor cells was researched.Orthogonal design was used to observe the condition of water extraction,with the yield of bamboo fungus polysaccharide as the observation indexes.With different potency drugs to the cells above,the inhibition was observed by MTT.The optimum extradition technique was as follow:the extracted temperature was 60 ℃,the extracted time was 2 h for twice,and liquid to solid ratio was 40∶1.The optimized extraction technique was efficient,and was proven to be feasible.Meanwhile,the results provided a scientific basis for the further development of bamboo fungus polysaccharides.But it was weaker than other positive drugs,so it needed a further researching in next step.
