有限元分析法在研究人工椎间盘置换生物力学中的应用

【摘要】 <正>自1973年Belytschko等首先将有限元分析应用于脊柱生物力学研究以来,经过近40年的发展,已从最初的二维线性发展到现在的三维非线性,从单椎体和单运动节段到整个脊柱,不可谓不迅速[1]。由于脊柱结构的特点以及部位的敏感性,从伦理学考虑,在活体内直接测量其生物力学参数便是不现实的。而有限元分析作为数值计算中的一种离散方法,是矩阵方法在结构力学和弹性力学等领域中的发展和应用,可以对形状、结构、材料和载荷情况极其复杂的构件进行应力、应变分析,且具有实验时间段、费用少、力学性能测试全面及可重复性实验等突出优
【Abstract】 As an important means of theoretical research,finite element analysis has been widely used in spinal biomechanics,especially in artificial disc replacement.Recent application progress of finite element analysis in artificial disc replacement were summarized in this paper,including the establishment of spine model,threedimensional(3D) model of the artificial intervertebral disc and 3D model of the artificial cervical and lumbar disc replacement.The advantages,disadvantages and development trends of finite element analysis applied in artificial disc replacement were also explored.
