【摘要】 商业银行支持战略性新兴产业发展,既关系到我国战略性新兴产业发展,也关系到商业银行未来改革发展方向。文章分析了战略新兴产业发展对商业银行的机遇,针对商业银行在支持战略性新兴产业发展中存在的多方面制约因素,提出了商业银行自身改革、建立降低商业银行信贷风险机制、建立专业人才队伍、完善知识产权等无形资产评估,以及进一步完善相关法律法规等支持战略性新兴产业发展的路径选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 The support of the commercial banks on the strategic emerging industries not only relates to the strategic emerging industries development in China,but also relates to the future reform and development direction of China’s commercial banks.The paper analyses opportunities of strategic emerging industries development for the commercial banks,discusses the existing restrictive factors in the support of the commercial banks on the emerging industries,and proposes pathes to support development of emerging strategic industries such as the reform of the commercial banks themselves,the establishment of mechanism of reducing commercial banks credit risk,construction of professional groups,improvement of evaluation of intangible assets such as the intellectual property rights,and perfection of relevant laws and regulations.更多还原
