磨床电主轴轴端位移变形的有限元分析

【摘要】 以某平面磨床的砂轮电主轴作为研究对象,用HyperMesh软件进行建模分析,计算砂轮机构在磨床横梁上进给到不同位置时,电主轴轴端的变形情况,绘制出差值曲线。提出增加卸荷装置减小变形的方案,对其可行性进行了模拟验证。研究结果为该平面磨床卸荷装置的设计改进提供有用依据。

【Abstract】 Taking one surface grinding machine’s wheel spindle as the research object,HyperMesh was used for modeling and analysis. The deformation of the grinding spindle end was calculated when the grinding wheel institutions move to different locations on the beam,and the difference curves were plotted. Using the unloading device was proposed to reduce the displacement. Its feasibility was simulated and verified. The results provide a useful basis for the design improvement of the surface grinding machine’s unloading device.
