【摘要】 目的观察穴位埋线疗法对单纯性肥胖伴糖耐量减低(IGT)患者的影响。方法单纯性肥胖症伴IGT患者100例,用随机数字表法分为A、B两组,每组50例,A组在运动、饮食疗法基础上给予穴位埋线,选取中脘、下脘、关元、天枢(双)、大横(双)为主穴,并按中医辨证分型选取配穴,每周埋线1次,连续治疗8次为1疗程。B组给予盐酸二甲双胍250 mg,3次/d,连服8周。观察治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、体重指数(BMI)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)的变化。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后A组、B组BMI、FPG、2hPG、TC、TG均明显下降(P<0.01);治疗后A组BMI下降优于B组(P<0.01),但两组FPG、2hPG、TC、TG下降差值比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。A组治疗总有效率为94.0%,B组为88.0%,A组疗效好于B组(P<0.05);两组糖耐量疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论穴位埋线疗法对单纯性肥胖症伴糖耐量减低有较好临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on simple obesity patients with impaired glucose tolerance( IGT). Methods One hundred simple obesity patients with IGT were divided into groups A,B,with 50 cases in each group. Group A accepting exercise and diet therapy was given catgut implantation in Zhongwan,Xiawan,Guanyuan,Tianshu( double) and Daheng( double) as main points,the distribution points were selected according to traditional Chinese medicine dialectical type once a week,and 8 weeks as a course of treatment.Group B took metformin hydrochloride of 250 mg,3 times per day for 8 weeks. The changes of body mass index( BMI),fasting plasma glucose( FPG),2 hour postprandial blood glucose( 2hPG),total cholesterol( TC) and triglyceride( TG) were observe before and after treatment. Results BMI,FPG,2hPG,TC and TG decreased significantly in two groups after treatment( P <0.01).The decrease of BMI in group A was more than that in group B after treatment(P <0.01),but the decrease of FPG,2hPG,TC and TG showed no significant difference between two groups( P > 0. 05). The total effective rate in group A was94.0%,in group B was 88. 0%. The effect of group A was better than that of group B( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in glucose tolerance curative effect between two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy has good clinical effects on simple obesity with IGT.更多还原
