神经肌肉电刺激与电针治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能障碍的疗效观察
Effect of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation and Electroacupunctrue on Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia and Lower Limb Dysfunction
【摘要】 目的探讨神经肌肉电刺激疗法与电针疗法治疗脑卒中后下肢功能障碍的临床疗效。方法 120例脑卒中下肢功能障碍患者随机分为电疗组、电针组和对照组,每组40例。3组患者均采用常规药物治疗及康复训练,电疗组加用神经肌肉电刺激,电针组加电针治疗,疗程均为6周。治疗前后,用Fugl-Meyer运动功能(FMA)评定量表和Berg平衡量表(BBS)评价治疗效果。结果 3组治疗后FMA评分和BBS评分均明显高于治疗前(P<0.01);治疗后电疗组和电针组患者FMA评分和BBS评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),电疗组FMA评分和BBS评分高于电针组(P<0.05)。结论在常规药物治疗及康复训练基础上,加用神经肌肉电刺激或电针治疗对改善脑卒中下肢功能障碍疗效好,神经肌肉电刺激比电针治疗疗效更佳。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation and electroacupunctrue on stroke patients with hemiplegia and lower limb dysfunction. Methods One hundred and twenty stroke patients with lower limb dysfunction were randomly divided into electrotherapy group,electroacupunctrue group and control group,with 40 patients in each group. The three groups were given routine drug treatment and rehabilitation training. The electrotherapy group was given neuromuscular electrical stimulation additionally,while the electroacupunctrue group was treated with electroacupuncture additionally. The treatment lasted for 6 weeks. Fugl-Meyer motor assessment( FMA) scale and Berg balance scale( BBS) were used to evaluate the effects before and after treatment. Results The FMA score and BBS score after treatment were higher than those before treatment in three groups( P <0. 01). The FMA score and BBS score in the electrotherapy group and electroacupuncture group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0.01). After treatment,the FMA score and BBS score in the electrotherapy group were higher than those in the electroacupunctrue group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation training,the neuromuscular electrical stimulation or eletroacupunctrue treatment might improve the effect on stroke patients with lower limb dysfunction. The effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation is better than that of eletroacupunctrue.
