【摘要】 目的对比放化疗与介入性动脉化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的疗效。方法按照初始时接受治疗方法的不同,将252例局部晚期宫颈癌患者分为传统放化疗组137例(常规组)和介入性动脉化疗组115例(介入组)。观察治疗后肿块大小改变、根治性手术率以及并发症,评价近期疗效和生活质量指数改善。结果两组近期疗效无差异(P>0.05);介入组治疗后瘤体直径小于常规组(P<0.05),根治性手术率比常规组高(P<0.05),并发症较少,生活质量指数中的活动、日常生活、健康、总体情况评分和总分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论放化疗和介入性动脉化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌均有较好近期疗效,而后者根治性手术率较高,且并发症较少,生活质量更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of conventional chemo-radiotherapy versus interventional arterial chemotherapy for locally advanced cervical carcinoma. Methods According to different treatments adopted initially,252 patients with locally advanced cervical carcinoma were divided into concurrent chemo-radiotherapy group( 137 cases,control group) and interventional arterial chemotherapy group( 115 cases,intervention group). The changes in tumor size,curable opportunities to get radical surgery and complications after treatment were observed to evaluate the short-term efficacy and the improvement of quality of life index( QL-Index). Results There was no significant difference in short-term efficacy between two groups( P > 0. 05). In the intervention group,the diameter of the tumor was smaller and the curable opportunities to get radical surgery were more than those in the control group( P < 0. 05),with fewer complications and higher QL-Index scores( P <0. 05). Conclusion Both conventional chemo-radiotherapy and interventional arterial chemotherapy have fairly good short-term effects in terms of locally advanced cervical carcinoma. Nevertheless,the latter has fewer complications,higher QL-Index and greater curable opportunities to get radical surgery.更多还原
