【摘要】 目的对比不同波型电针配合雷火灸治疗不同证型伴血脂、瘦素异常的肥胖病的疗效,为选择电针波型治疗肥胖病提供依据。方法血脂、瘦素异常的肥胖病患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例,在雷火灸治疗的基础上,治疗组采用疏密波电针治疗,对照组采用连续波电针治疗,治疗4周,3个月后随访,按中医辨证分型统计疗效。结果治疗3个月后,两组患者血脂、瘦素水平均下降(P<0.05),治疗组各项指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。与其他证型相比,脾胃虚弱型治疗效果最佳(P<0.05)。结论疏密波电针治疗血脂瘦素异常的肥胖病效果优于连续波电针,脾胃虚弱型疗效最优。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of electro-acupuncture( EA) in different waves plus thunder-fire-moxibustion( TFM) on obesity patients in different patterns and associated with blood fat or serum leptin disorders,and to provide clinical evidences of choosing EA waves for the treatment of obesity. Methods Sixty obesity patients with blood fat or serum leptin disorders were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 30 cases in each group. Besides TFM,sparse-dense wave EA therapy was applied to treatment group while continuous wave EA therapy was applied to control group,the treatment lasted for 4 weeks,and the patients were followed up 3 months later. Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation was applied to analyzing the effects of both groups. Results Three months after treatment,the levels of blood fat and serum leptin decreased in both groups( P <0. 05),the indexes of treatment group were significant superior to those of control group( P < 0. 05). The effect on the patients with syndrome of spleen-stomach deficiency was better in contrast with that on the patients with other syndromes( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of sparse-dense wave EA therapy is better than that of continuous wave EA therapy on treating obesity associated with blood fat and serum leptin disorders,which is the best on treating obesity patients with spleen-stomach deficiency.更多还原
