架空光缆外护套材料力学性能的自然老化试验
Natural Aging Test on the Mechanical Properties of Aerial Optical Cable Jackets Material
【摘要】 采用对架空光缆外护套材料试件进行长期自然暴晒的试验方法,对国内部分地区运行中的架空光缆存在的外护套力学性能劣化问题进行了分析,总结了不同种类外护套材料主要力学性能随时间变化的趋势:低烟无卤阻燃外护套材料的断裂伸长率下降最为明显,暴晒8年后该性能保留率仅为44.1%;线性低密度聚乙烯在三种聚乙烯外护套材料中更具耐环境应力开裂的优势。
【Abstract】 By means of long-term exposure of jacket material specimens of aerial optical cables to natural weathering,the aging phenomenon of aerial optical cables’ jackets in some regions of China is analyzed and the trends of the main mechanical properties of various jacket compounds over time are summarized.The result shows that the elongation at break of LSZH flame-resistant jacket compounds declines remarkably,down to 44.1% of its original value after 8years’ weathering.In addition,among three kinds of PE jacket compounds,LLDPE exhibits superior environmental stress cracking resistance.
