【摘要】 目的了解焦作地区无偿献血者梅毒感染情况,以便采取针对性的措施阻断经血液传播梅毒。方法对焦作地区2010年1月~2012年12月103 569例无偿献血者梅毒抗体的筛查结果作回顾性对比分析。结果 2010年1月~2012年12月焦作地区3年内无偿献血者梅毒抗体总阳性率0.26%,梅毒感染率呈现逐年下降趋势,差别有统计学意义;不同性别无偿献血人群梅毒阳性率具有显著性差异,女性明显高于男性;不同文化程度间梅毒阳性率差别有统计学意义,初中及初中以下文化程度感染率最高为0.33%;不同年龄组间梅毒阳性率差异显著,46~55岁年龄组梅毒阳性率明显高于46岁以下人群。结论加强无偿献血宣传及献血前的咨询,建立一支相对固定的无偿献血者队伍;使用灵敏度高、特异性强的试剂,可有效降低梅毒阳性率,保证血液安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand syphilis infection among blood donors in Jiaozuo area, in order to take targeted measures to block the spread of syphilis blood. Methods Screening results of 103 569 cases of ayphilis antibody in blood donors in Jiaozuo area from January 2010 to December 2012 was given retrospective comparative analysis. Results The total positive rate of syphilis antibody of unpaid blood donation in Jiaozuo area between 2010 January to 2012 December 3 was 0.26%, the infection rate of syphilis was showing a declining trend, the difference was significant; the positive rate of syphilis in different sex of blood donation population had significant difference, the female was higher than the male; there was statistical significance between different cultural degree of syphilis positive rate, the highest infection rate of the junior high school and below the education students was 0.33%; the positive rate of syphilis were significant difference between different age groups, the positive rate of syphilis in 46-55 years old group was higher than that of population age group under 46 years old. Conclusion Strengthen the promotion of unpaid blood donation and consulting before blood donation, to establish a relatively fixed unpaid blood donation team; the use of high sensitivity, strong specificity of reagents, can effectively reduce the positive rate of syphilis, ensure the safety of blood.更多还原
