【摘要】 目的分析中医正骨配合外固定架在股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法我院2010年1月~2012年12月间收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者104例,按照治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用切开复位内固定治疗,观察组采用中医正骨配合外固定治疗,比较两组手术相关指标及疗效。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗优良率略低于对照组,但两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医正骨配合外固定架治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效较好,创伤小,且费用较低,临床中应把握好手术适应证、禁忌证及手术时机,以最大限度提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of applying TCM bone setting combined with external fixation for femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 104 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture admitted and treated in our hospital from Jan 2010 to Dec 2012 were selected and assigned to the control group and the observation group according to therapeutic regimes. The control group was treated by open reduction and internal fixation and the observation group was treated by TCM bone setting combined with external fixation. Surgical related indicators and efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had significantly shorter operation duration and hospital stay and less intraoperative blood loss than the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). The observation group had slightly higher rate of excellent and good therapeutic effects than the control group, without statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion TCM bone setting combined with external fixation has good efficacy for treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture with small trauma and low expense. It is recommended to grasp surgical indications and contraindications and surgical opportunity in clinical practice so as to improve therapeutic effects to the largest extent.更多还原
