【摘要】 目的分析改良超声乳化手术应用于治疗白内障合并高度近视的临床效果。方法选择2011年8月~2013年12月在本院诊治为白内障合并高度近视患者138例(150眼),随机分为对照组和研究组,73例(75眼)对照组患者行常规超声乳化手术,65例(75眼)研究组患者行改良超声乳化手术,比较并分析两组患者手术前后相关数据。结果手术后,研究组患者的术后1个月角膜内皮细胞计数、术后3个月角膜内皮细胞计数与术后并发症发生率均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障合并高度近视患者应用改良超声乳化手术临床疗效显著,具有推广应用与研究价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of improved ultrasonic emulsification operation used in the treatment of cataract with high myopia. Methods The data were selected from August 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital for cataract and 138 cases of high myopia patients(150 eyes), were randomly divided into control group and study group, 73 cases(75 eyes) in control group underwent ultrasonic emulsification operation, 65 cases(75 eyes) underwent phacoemulsification in patients of the study group operation, the comparative analysis of two groups of patients before and after operation data. Results after operation, the patients 1 months after surgery, corneal endothelial cell count, postoperative corneal endothelial cell count and in 3 months the rate of postoperative complications was significantly better than the control group, compared the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion cataract with high myopia phacoemulsification operation with improved clinical efficacy, is worthy of application and research.更多还原
