【摘要】 目的探讨RDW、hs-CRP及IMA的联合检测在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)诊断中的应用价值。方法分别用Sysmex 2000i,免疫比浊法和清蛋白钴结合试验测定待检对象血清中RDW、hs-CRP及IMA含量。结果实验组血清标本中RDW、hs-CRP和IMA的浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组血清RDW、hs-CRP和IMA单项检测,阳性检出率分别为52.7%,65.5%,59.0%,3项联合检测阳性检出率达82.5%。联合检测阳性检出率与单项检测阳性检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清RDW、hs-CRP及IMA联合检测可有助于提高CHD的阳性检出率,其浓度变化可为CHD疾病的临床诊断、治疗监测和预后提供一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application value of joint detection of RDW,Hs-CRP and IMA in CHD. Methods The serum levels of RDW 、hs-CRP and IMA were measured respectively by Sysmex 2000 i,immunoturbidimetry and Albumin cobalt binding test compared with the control group. Results The serum levels of RDW、hs-CRP and IMA in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P < 0.01).The positive rate were respectively 52.7%,65.5%,59.0%.In experimental group using single detection of RDW、hs-CRP and IMA.The positive rate was 82.5% through combined detection of RDW、hs-CRP and IMA..The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of serum RDW, Hs-CRP and IMA may be profitable to the diagnose of CHD and serum RDW、Hs-CRP and IMA levels were of great value in clinical diagnosis、treatment monitoring and prognosis of CHD.更多还原
