【摘要】 目的探讨无创正压通气联合孟鲁司特治疗重症支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将90例来我院治疗的重症支气管患者随机分为两组,对照组采用无创正压通气进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为95.6%,明显高于对照组的77.8%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创正压通气联合孟鲁司特治疗重症支气管哮喘疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation combined with montelukast in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma. Methods 90 patients with severe bronchial asthma in our hospital were randomly allocated to two group. The control group received the treatment of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation, while the observation group further received montelukast.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared. Results Total effective rate in the observation group was 95.6%,significantly higher than that of 77.8% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05). Conclusion Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation combined with montelukast in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma has a significant curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
