【摘要】 目的评价顺铂同步放化疗方案治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的中晚期宫颈癌患者78例,按治疗方式分成对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组单独通过放疗治疗,观察组则通过顺铂同步放化疗进行治疗。放化疗期间每周复查宫颈癌患者的白细胞变化,记录症状,每2周复查肝、肾功能。随访半年后观察肿瘤复发及转移的发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为92.3%,高于对照组总有效率76.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组在局部复发以及转移率方面少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论顺铂同步放化疗方案治疗中晚期宫颈癌的疗效确切,并能够降低复发与转移率,临床意义显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of cisplatin combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of middle and advanced stage of cervical cancer. Methods 78 patients with middle and advanced stage of cervical cancer who were admitted to our hospital were allocated to a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,with 39 patients in each group. The control group received radiotherapy alone, and the observation group received cisplatin combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Changes of white blood cells of patients with cervical cancer were re-examined weekly during radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and related symptoms were recorded. Hepatic and renal functions were reexamined every two weeks. Relapses and metastasis of tumor in half a year after the follow-up were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.3%,significantly higher than that of 76.9% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Local relapse rate and metastasis rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion Cisplatin combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of middle and advanced stage of cervical cancer has an exact curative effect and helps lower relapse rate and metastasis rate,which is of great clinical significance.更多还原
