强化降糖治疗对肺结核合并糖尿病患者的临床疗效影响

【摘要】 目的探讨不同降糖方法对肺结核合并糖尿病患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法选取符合标准的患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,两组给予相同的肺结核治疗措施,观察组采用强化降糖治疗,对照组采用常规降糖治疗,比较二者治疗效果。结果观察组血糖达到理想标准时间(8.15±1.04)d,明显短于对照组的(16.94±1.81)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月末,观察组总有效率100.00%,明显高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗程结束后,观察组患者空洞闭合率、痰菌转阴率及病灶吸收情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论肺结核合并糖尿病患者,在规律抗结核治疗的前提下,强化降糖治疗可有效提高肺结核患者的临床治愈率。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effect of different glucose-lowering method for pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes mellitus. Method Select 80 cases conforms to the standard, randomly divided into observation group and control group each with 40 cases, two groups were given the same tuberculosis treatment, The observation group were added with strengthening hypoglycemic, the control group treated by conventional hypoglycemic treatment, compared the treatment effect. Results The standard time of blood sugar achieve to ideal of the observation group was(8.15 + 1.04) days, signifi cantly(16.94 + 1.81) days shorter than that of the control group, the difference has statistically signifi cant(P < 0.05). After 3 months treatment, the total effectiveness of observation group was 100.00%, signifi cantly higher than that of the the control group which is 85.00%, the difference has statistically signifi cant(P < 0.05). After the hole treatment,, the sputum bacteria turn rate and closure rate lesions absorption of the observation group were better than that of the control group, the difference has statistically signifi cant. Conclusion Strengthening hypoglycemic therapy can effectively improve the clinical cure rate for pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes, with regular tuberculosis treatment.
