一种五轴植毛/钻孔机的单键飞梭用户接口设计新方法
A New Design Method of Single-keyed Shuttling User-interface of Five-axis Hair-planting / Drilling Hole Machine
【摘要】 单键飞梭用户接口是嵌入式系统设计中的一种接口新方法,首先介绍了一款基于DSP+PIC32+FPGA构架的五轴植毛/钻孔数控制系统,讨论了接触式旋转编码器的特点,详细分析了接触式旋转编码器输出脉冲的抖动情况,利用旋转编码器错向输出和PIC微处理器边沿中断的特点,提出了一种新的软件消抖策略,该方法与传统的延时消抖方法相比,具有编程简单,运行可靠的特点。该方法已成功应用于五轴植毛/钻孔的面板设计中。
【Abstract】 Single-keyed shuttling user-interface is a new design method in embedded system.This paper introduces a numerical control system of five-axis hair-planting / drilling hole machine based on DSP+PIC32+FPGA architecture,and discusses the characteristics of contact type rotary-encoder,and analyzes the contact jitter of rotary-encoder output pulse in detail.Finally,take full advantage of the characteristics of rotary-encoder’s quadrature output and the edge interrupt of the PIC microprocessor,this paper puts forward a new soft-debounce strategy,which have some advantages such as programming simply and operation reliably comparing with the traditional debounce method.
