基于FPGA直流电机控制器研究
Research on DC Motor Controller Based on FPGA
【摘要】 介绍了一种基于FPGA数字电路设计的PID直流电机控制器;实现了对直流电机的位置控制。相对比单片机设计的控制器,采用了单片的FPGA芯片实现磁栅反馈信号的采集处理、PID控制器设计以及I2C从机接口设计。整个设计采用了Verilog HDL语言编写,对改进的PID算法、反馈信号采集以及I2C从机接口电路进行设计和仿真。仿真和实验结果表明该控制器的有效性和可行性。
【Abstract】 A PID DC motor controller which is designed by digital circuit based on FPGA is introduced.DC Motor position control is realized.Compared with MCU,the controller is designed by a single FPGA chip,which can implement Magnetic grating signal processing,PID controller and I2C slave interface.The whole program is written by Verilog HDL language.The improved PID algorithm,Feedback Signal from magnetic scale,I2C slave interface are designed and simulated.The results proved the controller is available and effectiveness.
