基于RFID的制冷设备分级维护系统
Multistage Maintenance System of Refrigeration Equipment Based on RFID
【摘要】 针对制冷设备的维护提出了一种基于射频识别(RFID)技术的分级维护系统,第一级是制冷设备控制器实时故障诊断的在线诊断点,第二级是结合故障树模型全面分析制冷设备故障原因的离线诊断站,第三级是对制冷设备大量历史状态数据分析实现产品优化升级的智能维护中心。实际应用表明,系统能很好地提高维护效率,降低维护成本。
【Abstract】 In this contribution,a multistage maintenance system based on RFID technology is proposed for refrigeration equipment.The first stage of this system is the maintenance of users,including the online fault diagnose of controller of refrigeration equipment in real time.The second stage is the maintenance on distributor level through an offline diagnose station.With the combination of fault tree model,it is able to analyze the equipment fault comprehensively.The final stage is the maintenance of production using an intelligent maintenance center.
