【摘要】 教学质量是高校的生命线,提高教育教学质量是高校永恒的主题。教学质量监控是保障教学质量和人才培养质量的重要手段。本文通过构建二级学院"三维"教学质量监控体系,帮助教师提高教学水平,促进教学管理人员规范管理,引导学生自主学习、提高自身素质,达到增强师生和教学管理人员的责任意识和质量意识,使教学各环节逐步规范化、制度化,从而达到提高教学质量的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teaching quality is the lifeline of university and how to improve the teaching quality is the eternal theme of the universities.Teaching quality monitoring system is an important tool that ensuring the teaching and talent training qualities.We establish the secondary institute "3D" teaching quality monitoring system which could help teachers improve their teaching level and the management of administrative personnel,besides,this system also could guide students’ autonomous learning and improve their own qualities.We found that in this way,the consciousness of the quality and responsibility of our teachers,students and the management personnel improved which made each links of teaching gradually standardized and institutionalized and achieved the purpose of improving teaching quality.更多还原
