医学院校研究生导师团队培养模式研究与实践
Research and Practice of Graduate Student Tutor Team Training Mode in Medical Colleges
【摘要】 本文从医学研究生培养质量的角度,分析了单导师制培养模式的利弊,并以滨州医学院研究生教育为例,提出了基础与临床、校内与校外、国内与国外等组建导师团队的模式,分析了导师团队制培养模式的优势,探讨了导师团队制研究生培养模式实施的保障性措施和条件。
【Abstract】 This article analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of single mentorship training mode from the perspective of medical graduate training quality.As a case study of binzhou medical school graduate education,we put forward the basic and clinical,internal and external,domestic and foreign tutor team mode,analyzed the advantages,protection measures and conditions of tutor team training mode.
