CaO-Al2O3-MgO三元渣对钢液洁净度影响的研究

【摘要】 由于Al的烧损,炉渣中(Al2O3)明显增加,(CaO)明显降低,而(MgO)降低幅度不大。通过CaO-Al2O3-MgO渣系对钢液洁净度影响的实验表明,钢液中硫含量基本呈先降低后增加的趋势,钢液中氮和氧的含量基本呈降低的趋势,与溶解速率实验的结果基本相符,炉渣成分为50%CaO-45%Al2O3-5%MgO时脱氧速率常数最大。

【Abstract】 With the burning loss of Al element, the content of Al2O3in slag increases significantly. Meanwhile,(CaO)drops dramatically and(MgO)reduces slightly. The effect of CaO-Al2O3-MgO slag system on liquid steel purity shows that:(S)in liquid steel tend to drop at the beginning and then increase; the content of [N] and [O] in liquid steel are basically reducing. The result above is in accordance with that of dissolution rate experiment. When the slag composition is 50%CaO-45%Al2O3-5%MgO, the biggest constant of deoxidation rate will be obtained.
