粉煤灰在氧化钙中烧结的热力学分析

【摘要】 燃煤电厂产生大量的粉煤灰,如何经济有效地利用粉煤灰是具有重要意义的。粉煤灰中含有大量的石英和莫来石,可用于制备氧化铝、白炭黑,合成沸石等。粉煤灰中难溶成分石英和莫来石的活化是非常重要的。为了分析粉煤灰与烧结剂氧化钙烧结过程中主要化合物可能发生的各种反应,通过理论计算,得到各个反应的吉布斯自由能和不同粉煤灰与氧化钙配比条件下产物的组成进行了研究,为粉煤灰活化制备高附加值产品提供理论指导。

【Abstract】 With the development of power industry, coal fired power plants produce plentiful fly ashes. The comprehensive utilization of the fly ashes attracted more researchers with great interest. An abundant content of quartz and mullite in fly ashes can be the raw materials for alumina, silica white and zeolite preparation, and so on. And the activation of quartz and mullite is a vital procedure for those preparations. The possible chemistry reactions of coal fly ashes during the roasting process were studied by HSC software package. The Gibbs energy changes of the reactions were calculated, and the equilibrium amount of reaction products at different proportion of coal fly ashes and calcium oxide was obtained. The calculation would provide theoretical guidance for preparation of production with high added value from fly ashes.
