供应商和客户参与对供应链绩效的影响

【摘要】 以往关于供应商和客户对供应链绩效影响的研究主要关注整合性关系对企业自身的创新绩效或竞争优势的影响,很少有文献涉及到"参与"这个实践活动。采用结构方程模型方法,研究了供应商和客户参与对供应商运营、客户服务和企业财务这3个不同维度的供应链绩效以及不同维度的供应链绩效内部之间的影响关系。结果表明:①供应商参与能显著提高供应商的运营绩效,客户参与能够显著提高客户服务绩效,但供应商参与和客户参与并不能对企业财务绩效产生直接的显著影响;②供应商运营绩效的提升对客户服务绩效的提升有显著的影响,客户服务绩效的提高则有利于企业财务绩效的提升,而供应商运营绩效对企业财务绩效并没有显著的影响。

【Abstract】 Previous researches about suppliers and customers and their effects on supply chain performance mainly focus on the effects of supply chain integration on innovation performance and competitive advantage of manufacturers.There are only few studies concerning involvement,one of SCM practices.Using the structural equation model method,this study tries to examine the effects of supplier involvement and customer involvement on supply chain performance and the relationships are among the three different dimensions of supply chain performance.The results indicate:①supplier involvement has positive impact on supplier’s operational performance and customer involvement has positive impact on customer service.But both supplier involvement and customer involvement have no effect on firm’s financial performance;② higher levels of supplier’s operational performance can lead to enhanced customer service and higher levels of customer service can lead to enhance a firm’s financial performance.But there are not direct effect between supplier’s operational performance and firm’s financial performance.
