【Abstract】 The Chinese peasants are mostly untouched by the earthquakes,they lack the consciousness of dangers,and the government lacks the management in seismic technology and building seismic fortification. The farmers are restricted by the fund and the knowledge of seismic resistance,they build their houses without a formal design,and choose the cheap and unqualified material,do not pay attention to construction and put a lot of money to decorate.
