大型电力变压器的噪声预估研究
Noise Prediction of Large Power Transformer
【摘要】 针对大型电力变压器的低噪声设计问题,提出了一种以改进变压器结构降低其噪声为目的的噪声预估方法。首先通过建立变压器整体结构有限元模型和振动谐响应分析,得到变压器油箱结构表面振动响应;基于间接边界元方法,通过建立变压器的声学数值分析模型,将变压器油箱表面振动响应导入到声学模型中作为边界条件,采用声学分析软件求解变压器整机辐射噪声,从而实现变压器的噪声预估。运用文中提出的方法,定量预估了某型变压器的场点噪声,并且与同工况下的实测噪声进行对比分析,验证了噪声预估方法的可行性和有效性。最后,采用该预估方法定量预估了变压器几种结构改进措施的降噪效果,为该型变压器的低噪声设计提供了结构改进依据,证明了改预估方法的实用性。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the low noise design of large power transformer, a prediction method of transformer noise is proposed to reduce the noise through improving the structure of the transformer. The surface vibration response of transformer oil tank structure is obtained by establishing a finite element model of transformer for vibration analysis. Based on the indirect boundary element method, an acoustic numerical analysis model of transformer is established by using LMS acoustic analysis software, the surface vibration response of transformer oil tank is imported into the acoustic model as boundary condition, and the radiated noise of transformer is solved by using the acoustic analysis software, so that the transformer noise prediction is realized. The proposed method is adopted to quantitatively predict the field noise of a transformer, and the predicted noise is compared with the measured one in same condition to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed noise prediction method. In addition, the noise reduction effects of several improved transformer structures are predicted quantitatively with the proposed method to provide a basis for low noise design of this type of transformer.
