基于ICI蒙德法的天然气净化厂定量分析
Quantitative Evaluation of Natural Gas Purification Plant Based on ICI MOND
【摘要】 天然气净化厂具有甲烷、硫化氢、二氧化硫等十余种危险物质,装置设施复杂多样,涉及火灾、爆炸、中毒等多种危险类型,系统风险等级高。通过对净化厂危险有害因素分析,采用火灾、爆炸、毒性指标评价法(蒙德法)对国内某天然气净化厂进行定量分析,得到天然气净化厂原始危险等级以及采取补偿措施后的危险等级,为净化厂各单元系统风险分析和安全措施的改进提供重要参考。
【Abstract】 There are more than 10 hazardous substances in natural gas purification plant,such as methane,hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide,installations and facilities in the plant are complicated and diversified and there exist dangers of fires,explosions and poisoning and the risk level is high. After the analysis of dangerous and poisonous substances,fire explosion toxicity index evaluation method( Mond method) is used in the quantitative analysis of some domestic natural gas purification plant. The degree of original dangers and dangers after compensation is obtained,which can provide references for risk analysis of each unit and safety measures improvement.
