【摘要】 城镇化过程中,区域经济发展水平差异,消费意识不同和消费知识水平的限制等因素导致中小城镇居民消费者维权意识薄弱、维权能力欠缺,其应对消费侵权新情况、新问题的行为和处理方式迥异。实现市场公平、公正和有序运转,提高中小城镇消费者合法权益法律保护的实效,需要建立政府有效监督及适度参与机制,探寻中小城镇消费者多元化、便利维权的路径,健全基层消费者权益保护协会机制,增强中小城镇消费者权益保护的法律意识,构建公平、平等的消费者权益保护制度体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of urbanization,factors such as differences in regional economic development and consumer consciousness and the limitation of consumer knowledge lead to the deficiency of consumers’ counsciousness and ability to safeguard their rights in small and medium-sized cities(SMCs).They also differ widely in practices and ways to deal with the new situations or problems of infringement of consumer rights.To ensure the market running in a fair,equitable and orderly way and to improve the actual effectiveness of safeguarding consumers’ legal rights in SMCs,it is necessary to establish the governmental mechanism of effective supervision and moderate involvement,to explore diverse and convenient ways to safeguard consumers’ rights in SMCs,to improve and consolidate the association mechanism of safeguarding consumers’ rights at grass roots level,to enhance the legal consciousness of consumers in SMCs to safeguard their rights and interests,and to establish a fair and equal system of regulations.更多还原
