林业有害生物灾害小班精确定位坐标系统转换

【摘要】 为了校正林业有害生物GIS信息系统中的林业小班定位误差,使用配准到西安-80投影坐标中的栅格地形图,量取转换区域内均匀分布的地形地物点的西安-80坐标,实地采集这些点的WGS-84坐标,利用三维4参数模型求解从WGS-84坐标到西安-80坐标的转换参数,得到较为精准的定位坐标,在林业有害生物信息管理系统中实现比较准确的林业有害生物灾害小班定位。

【Abstract】 For correct the error of forest subcompartment position in GIS of forest pests,with the WGS-84 latitude-longitude coordinates of the earth’s even-ditributed surface features and their conjugating Xian-80 ones gained from Digital Rast Graphic relief maps registered to the Xian-80 system,the WGS-84-to-Xian-80 transformation parameters of 3D Four Parameters Coordinate Transformation Model were calculated,which could gain the accurate position coordinate.It was achieved to accurately position the forest subcompartments being attacked by pests and diseases in the management system of forest pests information.
